HOW LISTINGS WORK

A review before every listing.

We check provider information, the stated evaluation process, pricing and refund terms, and the company description. A visible link to our site is required and is checked again when a listing or badge is viewed after its daily check expires.

Listings with a missing or unverified backlink are hidden until the link is verified again. Directory approval is not a clinical credential or a guarantee of an ESA letter.

Two review options. The same criteria.

Standard review — free. Applications enter the standard review queue. Timing varies.

Priority review — $99/month. Featured placement above standard listings after approval, plus initial and requested profile-update reviews within 24 hours after payment and backlink verification. Renews monthly; cancel renewal any time.

Featured placement is labeled Sponsored and requires an active paid subscription. Payment does not influence approval, review content, or the backlink requirement. Providers are listed alphabetically within each section.
